Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to facilitate roadside assistance (RSA) services for our B2B partners and their end-consumers. This includes:

  • Partner Information: Name, business contact details (email, phone, address), and business registration details.
  • Consumer/End-User Information: Name, current GPS location (to dispatch assistance), telephone number, and vehicle details (plate number, make, and model).
  • Device & Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and API usage logs for security and auditing purposes.

We may collect this information directly from you (the Partner) or from third-party integrations (e.g., via API from an Insurer or Super-app).

Collection and Use of Personal Information

We collect, hold, use, and disclose personal information for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Fulfillment: To enable access to roadside services, including dispatching tow trucks, fuel delivery, or battery technicians to the correct location.
  • Communication: To provide real-time updates to both the Partner and the end-consumer regarding the status of a service request.
  • Operational Records: For internal record-keeping, credit wallet auditing, and administrative purposes.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with our legal obligations under Malaysian law and to resolve any disputes, including investigating service failure claims.

Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service Providers: Specifically the riders and tow truck operators within our network, limited strictly to the information required to reach and assist the vehicle (Location and Plate Number).
  • IT & Data Partners: Third-party providers for data storage, web-hosting, and server maintenance.
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities: Courts, tribunals, or law enforcement as required by law, or to protect our legal rights in the event of a dispute.

Your Rights and Controlling Your Personal Information

Third-Party Data: If you provide personal information about a third party (your customer) to us via our platform or API, you represent and warrant that you have obtained that person’s explicit consent to share their data for the purpose of receiving RSA services.

  • Access & Correction: You have the right to request details of the personal information we hold about you or to request that we correct any inaccurate information.
  • Complaints: If you believe we have breached the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), please contact us immediately. We will investigate the complaint promptly and provide a written response regarding the outcome and any remedial steps taken.

Storage and Security

We are committed to ensuring that the personal information we collect is secure. We implement physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard data and protect it from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access.

While we take all reasonable measures, the transmission of information over the internet is inherently risky. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to us; however, we utilize industry-standard encryption for our API and database storage to minimize risk.

Amendments

We may, at our discretion, vary this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the contact details provided in your Partner account. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon notification.
